Terms of Service

1. Education, not financial advice

Everything Lima Signal publishes (guides, indicators, examples and anything else on this site) is educational material. None of it is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.

Trading carries a high risk of losing money, and leveraged products can lose more than you put in. Past performance, including any example or back-test we show, doesn't predict future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and your capital. If you need advice for your situation, speak to a licensed professional.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• Give accurate details, and keep your password and sign-in methods secure.
• An account is for one person. You're responsible for what happens under it.
• You can stop using your account at any time, and delete it from your account page or by emailing hello@limasignal.com.

We may suspend or close accounts used to break these terms, for example to post spam or fake reviews, or to attack the site.

3. Products and licence

Our guides and indicators are currently free to download. Unless a product page says otherwise, each comes with a personal-use licence:

• You may use it for your own learning and trading.
• You may share unmodified copies with others for free, as long as Lima Signal stays credited.
• You may not sell it, bundle it into something you sell, remove our name, or present it (or a modified version) as your own work.

Indicators are published with their source code so you can see how they work. Studying and adapting that code for your own use is fine; republishing it, or something derived from it, under another name is not.

When we improve a product, the update is free for everyone who has it. If we ever sell paid products, the price and any extra terms will be shown clearly before you pay.

4. Reviews

Reviews only help if they're honest. When you post one:

• It must reflect your own genuine experience with the product.
• Your profile photo must be appropriate: no nudity, violence, or images of other people without consent.
• No spam, ads, links, abuse, hate speech, illegal content, or anyone's personal information, including your own.
• No reviews written in exchange for payment or other rewards, and no reviews of our products by us.

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting, you allow Lima Signal to display your review, with your first name and last initial, on this site. You can edit or delete it at any time. We may remove reviews that break these rules, but we don't remove reviews simply because they're negative.

5. Our content

The Lima Signal name, logo, site design, writing and products belong to Lima Signal. Apart from the licence in section 3, these terms don't give you any rights to them.

6. Other services

Some products run on third-party platforms such as TradingView, and you can sign in with Google. Those services have their own terms, and we're not responsible for how they work or change.

7. No guarantees

We work hard to keep our material accurate and our indicators correct, but everything is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee that it's free of errors, that it suits your purpose, that the site will always be available, or that you'll get any particular result from using it.

8. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Lima Signal is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damage arising from your use of the site, our products or anything published here. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection law where you live, or limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as Lima Signal grows. We'll change the date at the top, and tell account holders by email about significant changes. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. If you use Lima Signal as a consumer, you can bring a claim in the courts where you live, and nothing here takes away the protections you have under Brazil's Consumer Defense Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor) or the consumer laws of your own country.
